Cancellation charges
Please note that the cancellation fees charged by the hotels, transport, guides etc is not standard. It depends on location, season. For example during peak season some hotel may not refund any portion even if cancellation is done more than 30 days before the booking date.
- 30+ Days before travel : To be defined
- 15-30 Days before travel : To be defined.
- 8 - 14 Days before travel : To be defined.
- 1- 7 Days before travel : To be defined.
- After Departure : To be defined.
Cancellation by a Client must be made in writing and be acknowledged by PipalTrips in writing. The date on which the request to cancel is received by PipalTrips will determine the cancellation fees applicable.
